So you’ve walked down the aisle and danced the night away in your dream dress, it’s now time to protect it from any form of damage, storing it away for safe keeping. We offer a fantastic service starting with having your dress dry cleaned together with packing your dress professionally in one of our wedding dress boxes, safely wrapped in tissue paper to preserve it.
Your wedding dress will be given close personal attention and it will be thoroughly examined for stains and other problems. Dresses with beads, sequins or crystals can be cleaned safely using green cleaning methods, ideal for delicate fabrics and silks. We can cater for all wedding dresses including dresses labelled: Specialist Dry Clean, Spot Clean and ‘do not dry clean’.
Choosing the right wedding dress box…
There are 3 main sizes of wedding dress boxes according to the style of your dress.
The Traditional Standard Box – 50x75x15cm
This box is our most popular size and is suitable for most styles of wedding dress that have up to 2 layers of petticoat including those with long trains. Comes with 30 sheets of acid-free tissue paper.
The Medium Box – 36x48x11cm
Suitable for a slender wedding dress with a small train, with no petticoat. The dress will be folded twice to fit in this neat box. Come with 15 sheets of acid-free tissue paper. (Also suitable for bridesmaid dresses).
The Extra Large Box – 50x75x30cm
This beautiful and extremely sturdy box is suitable for full skirted dresses with three or more layers of petticoat and train. Comes with 40 sheets of acid-free tissue paper and cord carrying handles.
